I love that the article focuses on such a small and easy to manage solution instead of a whole process. I find it hard to use these kind of "do it yourself" de-stress tricks because they tend to be complicated... this one looks simple and easy to achieve. I also like the story about the ants... it really helps to illustrate the point the author is trying to make and makes the article nice to read. Thanks for sharing it!
